NC researcher wins $2.6M grant to develop tests for important nutrient
The Director of the UNC Nutrition Research Institute at the North Carolina Research Campus in Kannapolis has been awarded a four-year, $2.6 million grant from the National Institute of Diabetes and Digestive and Kidney Diseases to develop and validate a panel of laboratory tests that can assess choline status in humans.
