14 progressive startups get $50K each to fight Republican agenda
New Media Ventures, a VC firm that invests in early-stage progressive startups, announced a $1 million round of funding in a new batch of companies. 14 groups will each get $50,000, and the remaining $300,000 will go to additional startups in the coming months.
