Morrisville-based contract research organization Clinipace, has raised $10 million in an equity raise from 16 investors, according to a regulatory filing. The company, which launched in 2003, is one of the larger CROs, with 800 employees. Clinipace has raised nearly $90 million in debt and equity since its founding. Jeff Williams, the co-founder and CEO at Clinipace Worldwide, who was head of the company for 14 years, stepped down in October 2017.
