RALEIGH – The Logistics Company is shutting down an operation in Fayetteville and will lay off the workforce at that location, according to a notice filed with the state of North Carolina Department of Commerce.

The shutdown affects 44 workers.

“This is to advise you that on March 31, 2022, The Logistics Company will conduct a lay off, this action is expected to be permanent,” the company said. “The total number of employees affected is 44. ”

The site is located at Fort Bragg.

No reason was stated for the closure.

The firm is based in Fayetteville.
