A Charlotte, North Carolina-based company has sold $610,751 in a private equity offering, according to a Securities and Exchange Commission filing. Poverty Dignified Inc. filed the form D on Nov. 23. The company stated it has filed to raise $750,000 in equity, with $139,249 remaining to be sold. Sixteen investors participated in the offering, according to the filing.
