John C. Rabby, an executive with 30-plus years of experience in global agribusiness development, has been elected chairman of the North Carolina Biotechnology Center’s Board.. “Global life science leadership isn’t created overnight, and it is because of the sustained efforts of the Biotech Center that North Carolina is counted among the handful of leaders in this space,” Rabby said.
