Editor’s note: The decision by Xerox to sell its information technology outsourcing business to Atos is a big boost for the France-based firm, says analysis firm Technology Business Research. The deal also means Xerox ITO workers in the Triangle are getting a new boss. Xerox operates a big call center in Cary and has workers in the Triangle who have worked with Lenovo and other firms such as Apple.
