Benjamin will discuss her latest book which examines the power of our imagination to challenge systems of oppression and to create a world in which everyone can thrive.
A highly regarded public speaker, Benjamin’s talks have focused on ensuring that AI does not deepen historical discrimination and that technological fixes don’t become substitutes for wider social change.
As a professor of African American Studies at Princeton University, Benjamin’s research examines how advancements in science, medicine and technology intersect with social issues.
The book, Imagination: A Manifesto about the power of imagination challenging systems of oppression is out now.
