CARY – Epic Games has wrapped up its case against Google in its antitrust suit over the banning of Fortnite but the big headline items Friday were critical comments made by the judge who says he will investigate Google’s handling of potential evidence in the case.

“Judge Donato vowed to investigate Google for intentionally and systematically suppressing evidence, calling the company’s conduct ‘a frontal assault on the fair administration of justice,'” The Verge reported.
