CHARLOTTE – Transportation giant Ryder System Inc. is acquiring Burlington’s Impact Fulfillment Services, a third-party logistics company.
Miami-based Ryder said the transaction may add $250 million in annual total revenue to its supply chain solutions business segment.
Founded by Todd Porterfeld in 1998, Impact plans to keep on employees, while its founder will retire.
