RALEIGH – Cycle Labs, a software company that develops and sells a continuous test automation platform to large enterprises worldwide, is closing in on a goal of $6 million in new funding with 10 investors participating so far.

The raising of just over $5.34 million was disclosed in an SEC filing. It’s all equity.

Just last year Cycle Labs raised $2.5 million.

Cycle Labs also cracked the  Gartner Cool Vendors list in 2022 in Supply Chain Management Technology.

Cycle Labs was spun out of Tryon Solutions.

Josh Owns, the firm’s president, signed the filing.
