Hospitality Hiring Hour:

Every Tuesday, 4-5 p.m. @Washington Duke Inn Durham’s Washington Duke Inn and Golf Club, JB Duke Hotel and The Lodge at Duke Medical Center are on the hunt for top talent in the hospitality industry. Job seekers can attend this weekly event series every Tuesday through May 31 to meet with managers/staff to ask questions and learn about the available job opportunities.

Meet the Employer: Infosys:

March 8, 10-10:30 a.m. (online) Ahead of the NC TECH Job Expo, attendees will get the opportunity to learn more about Infosys’s investment and expansion efforts in North Carolina.

Meet the Employer: First Citizens Bank:

March 8, 11:30 a.m. – 12 p.m. (online) Ahead of the NC TECH Job Expo, First Citizens representatives will provide an overview of the bank and its IT operations, as well as what the firm’s recruiting teams look for in IT associates.

NC TECH Virtual Job Expo:

March 9, 8:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. (online)

This virtual job fair targets candidates seeking tech-related jobs or internships. Local employers can meet with job seekers in virtual booths. Registration is free for job seekers.

Application Deadline: Carolina Startup Connect Student Internship Funding:

March 23 This internship funding program will provide funding to UNC students who pursue unpaid or underfunded summer internships with established local startups and social ventures. Both students and startups can apply for funding.

BioNetwork Virtual Career Fair:

April 21, 3-6 p.m. (online) North Carolina BioNetwork will host an online career fair for job seekers in the life science field. Participating employers include Biogen, Grifols, GSK, Merck, Seqirus, Thermo Fisher Scientific and others.
