RALEIGH – Insightsoftware, a Raleigh-based provider of various enterprise software solutions, has acquired Event 1 Software, a firm based in Vancouver, Wash.
Formed only two years ago, the firm has made 13 acquisitions since its formation by two private equity firms.
Financial terms were not disclosed.
Event 1 focuses on Excel-based solutions.

Insightsoftware works with more than 25,000 organizations for reporting, analytics, budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, and tax solutions to provide them with increased productivity, visibility, accuracy, and compliance.
