MORRISVILLE – Etix is continuing its growth as a ticketing solutions provider with the acquisitions of two other ticketing firms.

Led by founder and CEO Travis Janovich who left the company then returned as its top exec in 2015 in a management-led buyout, Etix has added Star Tickets in Michigan and TicketForce in Arizona to its global reach.

Financial terms were not disclosed.

“We continue to be strategic in pursuing growth acquisitions, and both TicketForce and Star Tickets are great fits within the Etix family,” Janovich said in a statement.

The company now has more than 2,000 clients spread across 40 countries and distributes some 50 million tickets. It has made five acquisitions over the past five years.
