MORRISVILLE – ChannelAdvisor, a provider of cloud-based e-commerce services, has announced it is partnering with UPS through its Customer Technology Program.
The Morrisville-based company will support UPS on a global level by helping manage and optimize their product sales across more than 130 marketplaces, the company said in a press release Wednesday.
ChannelAdvisor connects customers to various e-commerce marketplaces such as Amazon and eBay to drive sales as well as digital marketing channels like Google and Facebook.
“By combining the strengths and expertise of both companies, we can offer brands and retailers a competitive edge in the global arena where shipping and logistics are critical to e-commerce success,” said Paul Colucci, vice president of North America sales at ChannelAdvisor.
Through the program, qualified UPS business customers can buy a new subscription to ChannelAdvisor’s e-commerce solutions at a discount. The collaboration will also offer purchases on hardware, software, printers, and packaging solutions to small and medium-sized businesses.
