Applications are live for Forsyth Tech’s fall 2019 Launch Challenge program, an accelerator in which prospective business owners can successfully get their businesses off the ground and potentially land funding in the process.
Application Deadline: Launch Greensboro’s LaunchLab 101
July 31
This five-week accelerator program, hosted by the Greensboro Chamber of Commerce, is an opportunity for startup teams and founders to develop their customer base, form a market strategy, learn financial skills and how to pitch to investors. Sessions begin in August. Applications are due at 5 p.m. EST.

The North Carolina Rural Center’s Homegrown Leaders training program, scheduled for September 10-12 in Wilkes County, aims to support community leaders who are working to build regional collaboration across North Carolina. The program is presented in partnership with the Appalachian Regional Commission and is open to residents of Watauga, Ashe, Alleghany, Wilkes, Surry, Yadkin, Stokes, Forsyth and Davie counties.

[EXTENDED] Application Deadline: Big Launch Challenge

This year’s Big Launch Challenge will be held at the Angel Capital Association’s Southeast Regional Meeting in September. Select startups will have the opportunity to pitch their ideas to investors and potentially land funding from the Launch Place’s pre-seed and seed funds.
