WRAL TechWire is continuing to make regular updates to its ever-expanding Triangle Startup Guide.

As the entrepreneurial community keeps growing, we want the guide to serve as a living record of all the resources available to startups in the region.

Last week, we made several additions to the Inspiration, Advice and Resources section. In order to make the Triangle Startup Guide more relevant to student-led startups, we included a few extra university resources.

Here’s what we added:

  • A helpful list of Duke startup resources from Duke’s Office of Licensing and Ventures.
  • A summary of Duke startup impact, which features statistics reflecting the number of inventions, agreements and new startups coming out of Duke University.
  • NC State Office of Research Commercialization’s list of internal resources offered to startups on campus.
  • Innovate Carolina’s “Start A Venture” tool for students who are interested in launching a startup.
  • The Small Business and Technology Development Center’s Accelerate blog, which features content relevant to CEOs.
  • We also added listings for DIG SOUTH’s biweekly newsletter and CED’s weekly newsletter.

More changes are coming: We will be adding four new spaces to the Incubators and Coworking Spaces Map this week:

We want your feedback — Is there something you think we’re missing? Feel free to send me an email or tweet (@ShannonCuthrell) your suggestions.
