Disney’s Wreck-it-Ralph has been spotted in a cameo in Epic Games Fortnite, and online rumors abound that he may become a playable character for a time.

A stream from MozzzyyTwitch spotted the character, in which he briefly appeared on an outdoor cinema screen.

Wreck-it-Ralph’s appearance, however, may just be a nod to the character’s second movie, Wreck-it-Ralph 2, now in theaters. The sequel, which, like the first, has many pop culture connections, includes references to the Fortnite game.

Previously, Fortnite turned Thanos, from the Disney Marvel universe, into a playable character for a time.

Some online speculation suggests that with the third film, Wreck-it-Ralph Breaks the Internet in the works, “It may just be another Epic mashup.”
