As the co-manager (with Toni Chester), Laney talks about why the account is so important to locals and transplants and how the account has even helped to bring more residents to the area.

Laney gives her take on whether or not the Baton could persuade major companies to plant roots in the Triangle and what she has learned from helping to build one of the most viral local social media accounts.
