ServusConnect, a Raleigh-based startup developing technology to serve as a “digital hub” for the apartment industry, has added $50,000 to its seed round begun in February, bringing the total to $400,000 of a $550,000 offering.

Cary-based Co-Founders Capital provided the funding. The company disclosed the addition to the round in a filing with the US Securities and Exchange Commission.

It’s the 13th investment made by Cofounders, which is led by serial entrepreneur and investor Dave Gardner. The firm has now invested more than $4 million.

The company presented at the CED’s Venture Conference in 2016.

In a profile for WRAL TechWire last year, Servus CEO Jamie Wohlschlegel explained the company’s mission:

“Servus is a cloud-based mobile and web platform designed to speed up Resident Service Requests and mobilize maintenance technicians and service vendors.”

Wohlschlegel founded AGM and Associates LLC (now ServusConnect, Inc.)  in August 2014, after spending the early part of his career as a designer/team leader a commercial property enhancement firm, followed by a successful transition to eventually become an executive in information technology sales.
