Automated Insights helps Yahoo! Sports and The Associated Press create content, but now it’s upping its own content game with a little help from its fans.
You may recognize this face and voice – James Kotecki is a recognized political vlog personality and most recently host of The North Carolinian podcast series – but he’s also the new manager of media and public relations at Ai and the instigator of its first video series, Ask Ai.
The Durham company is building momentum in the six weeks since it announced a $5.5 million funding round with Samsung Ventures, Osage Venture Partners and the AP as investors. Expect more content around automation, artificial intelligence and machine learning, and hopefully some more quirky videos with Zoolander expressions.
