Cerner Corp. a provider of information technology to some 1,500 healthcare clients, has selected AppSightT software from Identify to automate its problem resolution process.
“Our clients use our solutions to support effective, real-time clinical decision making across their enterprises,” said Owen Straub, vice president of engineering at Cerner, in a statement. “Our use of AppSight helps us deliver the highest possible service availability to support our clients’ real-time needs.”
Identify’s AppSight captures problems as they occur and creates a documentary log of the event. Identify says being able to replay problems rather than having to recreate them eliminates “up to 80 percent of the cycle time typically consumed by root cause analysis.”
