SUWANEE,Telchemy, a developer of Voice over Internet Protocl (VoIP) technology, has added call integrated call monitoring quality and reporting to its Vqmon EP product.
Telchemy says release 2.1 meets a need for increased real-time performance monitoring of VoIP services.
The new release will be available July 31.
