Jamie Ousterout, Vice President of Client Success at The Diversity Movement (TDM), is the primary point of contact and adviser to the company’s clients of all sizes across several industries around the world. As a Certified Diversity Executive, Jamie leads clients in forming strategic diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) plans that spur culture transformation and business excellence.

Jamie has an extensive background in client service and project management in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, financial, technology and nonprofit industries. In 2018, prior to joining The Diversity Movement, she founded the consulting firm Stabilimenta to help innovative and creative professional services organizations establish and optimize their processes. As a result, they were able to more effectively serve clients and engage their employees. Jamie applies this experience and expertise in her day-to-day work at TDM.

Jamie is involved in the community, serving as board co-chair of Raleigh City Farm and volunteering as an alumni admissions ambassador for Cornell University, her alma mater. She also has a long history of upholding DEI values, citing “Sesame Street” and “Mr. Roger’s Neighborhood” as catalysts for these beliefs throughout her childhood. Jamie believes that people can broaden their perspectives and change their behavior in order to foster better relationships. This conviction drives her work to increase feelings of inclusion in workplaces and communities.
