Lynda Szymanski will join the William Peace University team as their new Vice President for Academic Affairs in the fall of 2022. Lynda is the former Provost at Luther College in Decorah, IA, and prior to that, she was a faculty member in Psychology at St. Catherine University where she also served in multiple leadership roles, including Department Chair, Associate and Interim Dean of the School of Humanities, Arts, and Sciences, Interim Provost, and Associate Provost.

In her role as the the Vice President for Academic Affairs, Lynda will oversee the faculty and academic programs, plan and coordinate the instructional program, and will manage curricular arrangements, support services, the academic calendar, and other academic operations of the University.
