Cara Inagaki Doyle is the University and Diversity Recruiting Manager on the Human Resources team at BioCryst, a global biotech company developing novel, oral therapies for rare diseases. Cara entered the biopharmaceutical industry with over 20 years of experience in higher education. Before joining BioCryst, she spent 14 years in career services and cooperative education at North Carolina State University. With expertise in cultivating partnerships, coaching students, and advocating for others, Cara brings a unique perspective to the talent acquisition process. Within her first year at BioCryst, Cara launched a University Internship Program for students to gain hands-on experience, strengthen their skills, and grow their professional network. Additionally, Cara is working to build a diverse early career talent pipeline. She is passionate about employing her skills and knowledgeable background to bring in the next generation of talent at BioCryst.
