Veteran licensed business attorney Benji Jones is a Raleigh native specializing in advising entrepreneurs and investors in capital raising transactions as co-founder of Innovate Capital Law. Jones is an experienced advisor, who has successfully negotiated several billion dollars of public and private capital-raising, M&A, and technology license transactions for a wide range of clients from start-ups to public companies to venture capital funds. Her services include: Crowdfunding, Revenue Sharing and FinTech with Coin, Tokens and other Digital Assets and Blockchain smart contracts, in addition to traditional venture capital, angel investments, and private placements.

Jones is also an adjunct professor at Campbell Law School and serves as the director of The Innovate Capital Business Law Clinic where she and a team of Campbell’s law students work with early stage companies across The Triangle’s innovation hub to help entrepreneurs solve real-world business and legal problems to navigate to the next growth stage.

Additionally, she is a co-founder of xElle Ventures, an early-stage Angel Network which invests in the ideas, products and services of women. Fun fact: Jones is a trained actress who periodically performs with local theater companies and can handle a Shakespearean monologue.
