Kim Humphrey is currently Vice President of IBM Customer Success Platform, Methods and Tooling, with a mission to deliver best-in-class client experiences by scaling customer success practices around the world. She has been at the forefront of expanding customer success from SaaS-only to our entire software portfolio by solving technical, business and cultural challenges with a hyper focus on delighting clients every day.

Bringing 20 years of experience in software development, organizational change management, business operations and customer success, Kim brings a unique perspective at the cross-section of transformation and operationalization.

As we scale out our Customer Success organization at IBM with expert technical skills to drive successful customer outcomes with IBM hybrid cloud & AI, Kim’s leadership was at the core ensuring we have a great employee experience, the right approaches to ensure client value, and the toolkit to spend time in the areas that bring the most value. Kim graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Manhattan College, and a Master’s Degree from University of Massachusetts. After stops in the West, Mid-West and East, Kim and her husband, Tim, currently reside in Raleigh, NC.
