KDC Real Estate Development & Investments was selected to be the office developer of Hub RTP. Hub RTP is a rare development opportunity in one of the world’s premier innovation communities in the Research Triangle Park, NC. It will be an urban, walkable district offering large-scale to start-up offices, greenspaces, a uniquely connected infrastructure, hotel, retail and restaurants.

The Research Triangle Foundation of North Carolina, owner of the land and long-term manager of RTP, is acting as the Master Developer for this project. KDC will develop the office buildings totaling up to 1 million square feet and up to 300 feet in height, which will be the first high-rise buildings within the Park. The new Hub RTP urban district is a game changer in the surrounding Raleigh area.
