MORRISVILLE, N.C. — Contact Solutions, a provider of interactive voice response services on a wholesale basis, has purchased two switches from Tekelec.
The telecommunications gear manufacturer’s 7000 Class 5 Packet Switches will support various applications for Contact Solutions. The switches also work with voice over Internet Protocol technology.
