CHARLOTTE – Kempower, a Nordic fast-charging solutions company that is part of Finland-based Kemppi Group, is on target to start production of its modular charging units in South Durham by the end of 2023.

The company is expected to employ 100 people in the facility when it opens, possibly tripling that number of jobs over the next year.
