RALEIGH – Reveal Mobile, Inc. filed with the SEC on Friday announcing more than $690,000 in equity funding. According to the notice the company aims to raise an additional $308,577, aiming for a total of $1 million.

Reveal Mobile offers mobile device data with a focus on location-based marketing and analytics. Started in 2012 as StepLeader, Inc. the company rebranded in 2015 and has since achieved rapid growth. The company has made the Inc 5000 list of fastest-growing companies for the past three years, including this year.

40 investors back fundraiser for Raleigh tech startup Reveal Mobile

According to the filing, this round of fundraising involves 60 investors. The document notes that the funds will be used for working capital, including “normal compensation to executive officers.”

This is the latest round of funding coming after raising $1.3 million last year. In all, the company has raised almost $15 million in debt and equity since 2013.
