CHARLOTTE – Duke Energy is selling its commercial distributed generation business for $364 million. It’s the second move Duke has made in recent weeks as part of an effort to focus on its regulated business.

Last month, Duke Energy said it would sell its utility-scale renewable business for $2.8 billion.

The distributed generation business deal is with an affiliate of ArcLight Capital Partners.
