RESEARCH TRIANGLE PARK – Companies with offices in the Triangle continue to hire, with some looking to hire hundreds of workers, despite a slowing labor market across the region. That’s especially the case in the life science sectors.
Hiring posts have increased over the last week at:
- Labcorp
- Merck
- Eli Lilly
- FUJIFILM Diosynth
- Pfizer
- Thermo Fisher Scientific
Also, hiring is up at Bandwidth and Lenovo.
Jobs remain available across Triangle but openings drop to lowest in 13 months
Turns out, there are still job openings at 47 of the 50 of the region’s most well-known employers, as WRAL TechWire tracks weekly.
There are still more than 2,800 openings at the firms who remain hiring for open roles (Amazon, Channel Advisor, and Amgen currently have no openings for full-time roles in the Triangle).
