CARY – IT services firm BlueAlly Technology Solutions, which is based in Cary, has acquired Maryland-based n2grate Government Technology Solutions.
Financial terms were not disclosed.
“The combination of BlueAlly and n2grate expands access to federal customers who in turn can now benefit from a comprehensive suite of managed and professional services offerings,” BlueAlly said.
