RALEIGH – The North Carolina Technology Association (NC TECH), a not-for-profit, membership-driven trade association and the primary voice of the technology industry in North Carolina, hired three staff to join their team in the new year.

The three new team members will fill existing roles that have been revised for the new year to meet the needs of a growing membership and strengthen NC TECH’s overall performance.
  • Chris Johnson is Director of Membership Development, having spent his career thus far in sales and marketing leadership roles in the private sector. In this position, Chris will lead and manage efforts to recruit new members. He will oversee the Ambassador Committee as a key component to support membership recruitment efforts and work with the Board, Advisors, Ambassadors, staff, and other groups that might aid in achieving annual membership growth goals.
  • Jessica Lopez is Manager of Membership Services, coming to us after having had successive management roles in collegiate fundraising. In this role, Jessica is responsible for driving membership growth thru an effective member retention program to include working with existing members to build relationships, foster engagement, grow participation, capitalize on partnerships, and communicate membership benefits.
  • Alex Taylor is Manager of Programs and Digital Experience, after several years of providing services and programming to tenants/customers in the commercial real estate sector.
