RALEIGH – Developers are in the process of converting the former headquarters of Martin Marietta in North Raleigh into a two-building office complex known as “The Grove.”

And it has a long list of amenities:

  • Self-serve café and bar
  • Library
  • Lounge
  • Trackman golf simulator
  • Indoor and outdoor conference rooms
  • Outdoor workspaces
  • Fitness center
  • Indoor pickleball court
  • Peloton bikes/rowers

and more.

The site is located at 2700 & 2710 Wycliff Road near Rex Hospital.

The project, which is already underway, is expected to open in the first quarter of 2023.

CBRE Raleigh, Chartwell Property Group and Jefferson River Capital announced the deal. The complex will include some 152,000 square feet of office space.

“The Grove is going to save time and money for tenants by delivering critical infrastructure for corporate culture creation while spreading its cost over a wider range of tenants,” said Jack Dunn, Managing Director with Chartwell Property Group.
