RALEIGH – Kimarie Ankenbrand is a managing director and the broker lead of JLL’s Triangle office.

She works with corporate users to develop real estate solutions to help solve complex business challenges, enable cultural and organizational change and achieve sustainable financial results.

Kimarie is also responsible for growing the JLL Raleigh business, acquiring and developing top talent, and fostering an innovative and inclusive culture.

Kimarie has represented nCino, Merz Aesthetics, Rushmore Loan Management Services, ChannelAdvisor, North Carolina State University, Mycovia Pharmaceuticals, and FM Systems.

Background

Before moving to the Raleigh-Durham area, Kimarie had 14 years of experience in the Dallas-Fort Worth market with more than five years of experience in corporate strategy and finance.

This prior experience and her developed skill bring benefits to her clients, who she helps grow their business and navigate complex real estate transactions that have a direct impact on their workforce.

Kimarie earned her Masters Degree in Finance and an undergraduate degree from Texas A&M University, where she was a member of the Texas A&M Division I Women’s Swimming Team.

Kimarie was named to Real Estate Forum’s “Women to Watch” in 2018, Globe St. 2019 Women of Influence, the Triangle Business Journal’s 2020 Class of 40 under 40.

She is also a part of JLL’s Women’s Business Network, Leadership Counsel Advisory Board Alumni, National Grow Our People co-lead and Mentor/Protégé Class (2014/2018).

Kimarie is on the Raleigh Chamber Board of Directors, RTRP Executive Committee, 50 Group, and NACEO member. Outside of the office she enjoys exploring North Carolinas with her husband and two sons.
