BURLINGTON – National OnDemand, a fast-growing provider of communications and utilities infrastructure service solutions, is on a roll.

The privately held company recently closed on its 14th acquisition since its launch four years ago, adding A+ Communications to its portfolio. A+ has provided telecommunications services since 2001. And the firm says it plans to make more acquisitions in coming months. The goal: “a national front-runner of fiber, wireless, energy and technology services.”

Financial terms weren’t disclosed.

A+ management will remain onboard, National OnDemand said.

“A+ has been in business for over twenty years and has a sterling reputation within the industry. I’ve known the owners for many years, and being able to acquire this company in the last mile sector is a huge benefit for our company as we continue to grow,” saidNational OnDemand’s Chief Executive Officer Douglas Boteler. “We’re continuing to expand operations across the country, and we are pleased to add the A+ leadership to our team and continue to deliver high-quality results for our clients and their customers.”

A+ provides services along the east coast.
