GREENSBORO — Dynamic Quest has completed the acquisition of Birmingham, Alabama-based managed service provider IT 4 the Planet, which is operating as Integrated Solutions, in a deal announced by the company today in a statement.

Dynamic Quest, a managed service provider offering IT and cloud services to enterprises and businesses that is led by founder and CEO Javier Gomez, aims to become a regional leader.  The acquisition is the seventh for the company since receiving backing from the private equity firm Spire Capital in the second quarter of 2018, and the second in just a few weeks, as the company acquired Boxmeta in late March 2021.

According to the company, the current workforce of Integrated Solutions, which offers managed IT, disaster recovery, and cybersecurity services to businesses and enterprises, will join Dynamic Quest and continue to serve the Alabama market.

Javier Gomez, CEO of Dynamic Quest stated, “Curtis Woods and Aaron Woods at Integrated Solutions have done a terrific job growing the business and building a strong reputation as a customer focused and dependable IT team,” said Gomez in a statement.  “We are looking forward to the next phase of growth together.”

According to the company, with the acquisition, the firm now has broader geographic reach and the ability to cross-sell a broader base of products and services, and plans to leverage its infrastructure to accelerate growth.

The headquarters for Dynamic Solutions is in Greensboro, and the company has satellite offices in Winston-Salem, Raleigh, Atlanta, and Valdosta, Ga., Jacksonville, and Clark, Philippines.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed and the company was not reached for comment.
