RALEIGH – CBRE|Raleigh’s Industrial & Logistics Services group is pleased to announce it has been awarded the leasing assignment of Trinity Capital Advisors’ newest industrial development, 147 Exchange. The Class A industrial park will reside on the company’s recently purchased 20 acres in Durham at 923 Ellis Road.
147 Exchange will serve the growing demand of large industrial space in the Triangle calling for over 270,000 square feet of space. The site is located minutes from the Durham Freeway and Highway 147 in the heart of the renowned Research Triangle Park.

The team also handles the leasing for Trinity Capital Advisor’s Alexander Commerce Park in RTP. The Class A speculative industrial park was announced earlier this year and will deliver three buildings totaling 441,072 square feet.
