MORRISVILLE — E-commerce software company ChannelAdvisor Corp. cofounder Scot Wingo sold almost $1 million worth of stock, according to a Securities and Exchange Commission filing.

Wingo sold 55,000 shares at a price of $17.01 for a total of $935,550, according to a Form 4 filed Friday.

Wingo, who served as executive chairman of ChannelAdvisor’s board of directors until December 2019, now owns 348,226 shares.

Wingo currently serves as the CEO of Get Spiffy Inc., an on-demand car care company based in Research Triangle Park.

ChannelAdvisor, based in Morrisville, was founded in 2001. Earlier this month, ChannelAdvisor reported better-than-expected earnings for the second quarter, as Covid-19 shutdowns spurred consumers to make more purchases online.
