Internet Summit is produced by Raleigh-based TechMedia, which has been running the event annually since its founding in 2001. In addition to Internet Summit, TechMedia also hosts its Digital Summit series in 19 cities across the U.S. every year.
Earlier this year TechMedia was sold to Naylor Association Solutions, which is part of Virginia-based RLJ Equity Partners.
As TechMedia was added to the more than 100 trade shows, association meetings and other events in Naylor’s event portfolio, the acquisition allowed Internet Summit to live on and expand with more opportunities to monetize the event’s content.
