RALEIGH — Global talent solutions firm Vaco is beefing up its team again with the appointment of J.R. Shearin as its business development executive.

Shearin previously served as the managing partner for Deloitte in Raleigh for the past 20 years and has more than 25 years of extensive finance, public accounting and international experience.

He has also served, through board involvement, in various nonprofits, as both board chair and finance and audit committee chair, as well as numerous other leadership roles.
