DURHAM – Chalk up another big win for Adwerx with Berkshire Hathaway HomeSerivces – and through it 50,000 real estate agents – signing on as a client.


Adwerx continues to expand its advertising programs to help real estate agents across the US with one of the nation’s top real estate networks signing on to use its technology.

Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices includes Adwerx as part of its Automated Advertising Program to help its agents. Using Adwerx Enterprise, ads are placed on mobile devices as well as on web sites. The system automatically create and display ads for the agents.

It’s a big win for Adwerx, which launched its first product in 2014. The startup is providing advertising tools that allow real estate agents and brokerage firms to use traditional and social media to support home sales. The company recently announced that more than one in 10 homes listed in the U.S. was featured in digital ads powered by the company’s products.

“This is the first time we’ve created a complete suite of services to satisfy all the needs of brokerages and their agents,” said Jed Carlson, CEO of Adwerx, in announcing the latest win for his firm.

“It takes all of the techniques and technology we’ve developed and distills them into a single program. We are proud to launch this innovation with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices.”

Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices describes itself as one of the “premier and fastest-growing real estate brokerage networks.”

Financial terms were not disclosed.
