MORRISVILLE, N.C. — TrialCard, a Morrisville-based pharmaceuticals technology solutions company, has announced the acquisition of RxSolutions for an undisclosed amount.

TrialCard was founded in 2000 and provides patient support services on behalf of pharmaceutical manufacturers.

Mark Bouck has served as president and CEO of TrialCard since 2013. He previously served as TrialCard’s executive vice president of business development.

RxSolutions is based in Raleigh and specializes in customized pharmaceutical reimbursement-based programs for both marketing and clinical supply professionals.

One of RxSolutions’ most popular services is the RxStudy Card, which streamlines supply management for pharmaceutical manufacturers conducting clinical trials.
