RALEIGH – Insightsoftware, a provider of enterprise resource planning and performance management solutions, is acquiring CXO Software, which has offices in Georgia and the Netherlands.

Financial terms were not disclosed.

It’s the second acquisition this year for Insightsoftware, which is based in Raleigh. In October, Insightsoftware bought Excel4apps, a provider of Excel-based solutions. The company also has offices in London, Denver and Australia. It says it has 5,000 customers and 150,000 users.

CXO Software focuses on web-based performance reporting solutions. And it has a number of high-profile customers, including KLM Royal Dutch Airlines, Randstad, Siemens, Experian, McDonald’s and Pitney Bowes, according to the deal announcement.

The firm defines its mission as to provide customers “with real-time access to data-driven insights in an efficient, cost-effective, and secure manner.”
