In this installment of our time down at Tek Mountain’s 3rd annual Summer Bash, Rick and Michael talk with Flow ROI, Untappd and Swell Enterprise.
Flow ROI is a company disrupting the real estate business by working with the established order of things. Flow ROI and its CEO Sam Ibrahim are making it easier for realtors and customers to connect while lessening the time and stress that is prevalent in the home buying process.
Swell Enterprise is a company whose main goal is to help startups consolidate their efforts while in constant growth. Swell Enterprise was started by Derek Schmidt as a response to his digital marketing agency’s problem area of having too many resources spread out over too many places.
Untappd is Facebook for the beer community, and at nearly 9 million users, it is becoming an international community. The headquarters is right in the heart of Wilmington and Untappd is right at the heart of innovation and community building.
Each of these companies is a testament to the great things happening in North Carolina as a whole and we were happy to dig into the what, how and why Wilmington is the right place for each.
