Frigid temperatures and some snow didn’t keep people from attending a new life science networking program in Durham on Thursday evening.

LaunchBio kicked off its first Larger Than Life Science event, a monthly networking event for entrepreneurs, investors, research scientists, nonprofit partners and service providers.

  • Enjoy “The Science of Beer” with Durty Bull Brewing.
  • Larger Than Life Science will take place from 4-7 p.m. the first Thursday of each month at The Chesterfield.
