Lenovo picks the Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas each year to unveil its latest machines, gadgets, technology, software and apps, from virtual reality to artificial intelligence and tablets. 2018 is no different.

In the first of an expected long list of product releases, the world’s No. 2 PC manufacturer on Thursday unveiled the first of the new and enhanced product lines that it will unveil at CES with its 2018 ThinkPad portfolio.

In addition to new monitors and a docking station, the ThinkPad lineup offers a mix of Yoga tablets, detachables, the latest Intel 8th generation chips, as well as thinner designs and longer battery life.

But there’s more from Lenovo, which operates one of its two global headquarters in Morrisville.

“Notably, every single one of these laptops will use USB Type-C power adapters and a new physical webcam cover that Lenovo is deeming ‘ThinkShutter,'” reports Laptop Mag. “The latter of these will likely save thousands of users from putting tape or stickers over their webcams.”
